Who are we ?
We are The Bucket Cats for First Lego League Robotics, or FLL for short. We are from Great River School in St.Paul Minnesota. This website is our Innovative project for First Lego League, and the theme for this years project was Archaeology. Our mission is to help young archaeologists learn more about the past so our world can see things from someone else’s perspective. LAST year, our theme was “submerged” so we created a video game prototype about coral safety, tap the button below to play it!
our mission
Youth
We want young people to be a part of the world of archaeology and to be able to contribute their ideas just as much as adults. We believe that if we teach young people today, then they will teach the world tomorrow.
Expanding
As kids, we feel that our opportunities and resources are very limited, We are trying to expand those opportunities for others. By making room for kids to learn, contribute, and expand.
Archaeological
Archaeology is important to us and we want people all over the world to have the opportunity to learn more about it. The more people learn about something, the more perspective it will have, and the more perspective it has, the better it can be done.
Horizons
We hope that all young people can learn more about archaeology so in the future we can inspire youth to take careers in this field. We want to encourage kids to make archaeology better by reminding archaeologists the point of archaeology: knowledge.
